This page describes how the website of Studio Mercury Translations (hereinafter Mercury) (mercurytranslations.com) is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of the users who consult it.
This information is provided, also pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (and subsequent amendments) only for the Mercury company website and not for any other websites that may be consulted by the user through links available on this site.

The personal data acquired from the site forms will be stored at the datacenter of the hosting provider Namecheap (Los Angeles – USA) and processed at the Data Controller’s premises only by technical staff of the Office in charge of processing, who are suitably trained.
No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disclosed to third parties except for the performance of services or performances requested or for promotion and marketing activities strictly connected to Mercury.

Personal data shall be kept for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed, and in any case not exceeding 15 years, unless the data are transformed into anonymous form.
The data controller does not use automated processes, including profiling, to achieve the purposes set out in this information notice.

The personal data provided will be processed by Mercury in compliance with the provisions of the Code for administrative purposes related to contractual requirements and for the consequent fulfilment of legal and contractual obligations deriving from the same, as well as the achievement of an effective management of business relations, to carry out statistics, to have a contact with the user and to send email messages.
The processing of the data is therefore necessary for the fulfilment of the obligations assumed towards its users, for the fulfilment of the obligations foreseen by the law, by a regulation or by the community legislation and for the exercise of one’s own rights in a judicial seat.
